ACSD Special Education Inter-Agency Contract for Transportation - Through a variety of circumstances, Ankeny schools provides educational services, including special education supports/services, to students who reside outside of our district. These contracts serve as an agreement between school districts which confirms the provision of those services, as well as captures a commitment for the exchange of funding to support each student’s unique and individualized educational program. Actual costs will be billed back to the resident district of the student to whom district transportation was provided.

ProActive Coaching - Presenter for AHS Coaches - Proactive Coaching works with coaches, teams and leaders of the industry to help intentionally create character-based team cultures, provide a blueprint for team leadership, develop confident, tough-minded, fearless competitors, and train leaders for excellence and significance. This agreement is to provide professional learning to coaches at both Ankeny High School and Ankeny Centennial High School.
CIT Charters - Due to the shortage of bus drivers, we have to contract out buses for activities. Other instances of contracting charter buses, per district policy when an activity is over 2 hours away, they may contract a charter bus.
PowerSchool eFinance Plus Implementation Contract - This professional services agreement is for changes to the forms manager in eFinance Plus to update payroll and accounts payable checks with the new Board President's signature.
AEA MOU - Compensation for Teacher Coverage - The district proposes entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ankeny Education Association (certified staff union) to compensate teachers and other certified staff who have provided coverage for select classes when a qualified substitute teacher was not available.
Professional Services Agreements with Orchestral Players for Festival of Choirs - Each year, the Ankeny Centennial choirs perform with a live orchestra at their Festival of Choirs. These agreements are to establish the terms of this engagement to pay these players for their time. Most agreements range from $175 to $325 depending on the number of performances.
